Outrigger
Outriggers are stationary ships with especially heavy weapons. They guard your port entrance from
pirates and hostile fleets.
Outriggers can not be moved. For each completed port level, one outrigger can be built, once your main bulding has reached level 15. Therefore, the maximum number of outriggers per island is 20.
